Neal Graham contacted me after I had showed interested in purchasing the Chevy Colorado they had listed on a popular auto website. Even though I lived in Florida, he quickly began asking how he could help m purchasing the Chevy Colorado they had listed on a popular auto website. He sent me videos of the vehicle detailing any concerns I may have had with the vehicle. After I decided to go through with the purchase he and Sam Smith tried to make it as easy for me as possible to fill out documents while down here in Florida. I flew up from FL and Neal pick me up in person at the airport. When we arrived at the dealership, he made me feel at home as if we had been friends along time. Then I met Sam Smith and I felt as equally at home. When we had finished buttoning up the purchase I felt like It had been the easiest auto purchase I had ever made. At the end of the day I drove away very happy, with a nice vehicle, and two new friends. Thanks go out to Sam and especially Neil for making it the best (and I have had a bunch). Brianna Brown has been the best service advisor for me! She always went above and beyond for my needs. When things went wrong on a set of tires out of her control she took care of it. Tires came in wrong a She always went above and beyond for my needs. When things went wrong on a set of tires out of her control she took care of it. Tires came in wrong and she got the correct tires and took care of the price difference of several hundred dollars. Another time issues on service work where lug nuts and studs broke and she took care of cost for my extra long wait and unexpected issues. She always gets it right and goes above and beyond.
