I was in my first car accident recently and was suddenly in need of a new vehicle asap. My old car was a Mazda CX-5 and while it ended up totaled, kept me safe. Neal was the first to respond when I started in need of a new vehicle asap. My old car was a Mazda CX-5 and while it ended up totaled, kept me safe. Neal was the first to respond when I started my car search and also was very upfront about inventory and the best deal. No other dealership was able to match the price or were vague in communication over the phone. I work in a hospital setting so I had a hard time making it in initially and Neal kept me up to date on inventory as it arrived. I didn’t feel like there were any loopholes or hidden fees. It was a great experience considering a stressful situation and I love my new CX-5! Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

went to see car Neil had car out and ready for test drive. they were clear with price and warranty. made buying process easy with no haggling simply in and out with my car in an hour. The Service manager did a great job helping us. However, for a car with less than 15,000 miles there is zero reason that there should be a brake problem that I was charged for. So Mazda themselves However, for a car with less than 15,000 miles there is zero reason that there should be a brake problem that I was charged for. So Mazda themselves should be responsible for this and not me and not the service center. So as far as that goes, I’m extremely unhappy and Mazda should be reimbursing. But the service people were extremely helpful to us. More
