Even in this global pandemic Hamilton Mazda and Neal Simon helped me lower my car payment by a couple hundred dollars per month by getting into a much nicer vehicle (Mazda3 Hatchback). They were courteous, responsible (health safety during the COVID outbreak), and a pleasure to work with. Even though their typical workflow was obstructed by COVID regulations I didn't feel ignored or a burden to them at all. Thank you to everyone involved!! More

Neal was transparent from the beginning and quoted me accurate prices that included all fees. The price when my parents actually got to the dealership was actually a couple dollars less. If you are looking for honesty and integrity, and a great price, definitely check out Hamilton Mazda and ask for Neal. No other dealer could match the experience or price! He never applied any pressure or aggressive sales tactics, even with this sale coming at the end of the month. More
