As always, the Sunshine Service Dept. has exceeded expectations. Dealing with the personnel is a pleasure. I had a disappointing experience with the service I received. The staff member I interacted with was unprofessional and hardly acknowledged me when I arrived for my appointment. There was no follow-up received. The staff member I interacted with was unprofessional and hardly acknowledged me when I arrived for my appointment. There was no follow-up after the service, which left me feeling undervalued as a customer. During my last visit, they ordered the wrong part for my vehicle, and while he expressed concern about my baby and me waiting if the service took longer than expected, I felt it was inappropriate for him to comment on our situation. The truth is, we only have one vehicle, so waiting is the only option for us. Overall, I found him to be unfriendly, and I have not had any positive experiences with him. I hope this feedback helps improve the service for future customers. More
