Service department was awesome. Rental car gal not so much. Kind of rude. Was told on a Saturday morning I would need to bring car back in on Monday & a rental would be waiting for me. When I took the RO to the rental window she told me I wasn't scheduled but she did have a car for me. She was rude & told me next time I need to call & schedule a rental. I tried to explain that the SA Sean had told me a car would be waiting so I did not know I had to call & schedule since the SA told me it would be available. She made some flippant remark- I don't remember what & said "like I said, I do have a car this time". RUDE! But service department, like I said, was awesome! More
