Perfect Buying Experience w/ Nealy I started my search for a lightly used Subaru WRX STI at the beginning of 2018. I had done some research and test drove a few cars here in the Nashvil I started my search for a lightly used Subaru WRX STI at the beginning of 2018. I had done some research and test drove a few cars here in the Nashville area, but was having issues being taken seriously by a dealer here. Eventually I ran into the immaculate 2016 Hyper Blue Edition STI located at the Grand Subaru dealership. I reached out to the online sales department and received a cheerful response from Nealy who was very eager to answer all the questions I had. She was more than happy to answer all my questions promptly and even took photos of the underside of the care to show how well maintained the vehicle was. All of this over the top customer service I received from Nealy made it a no brainer to make the drive up from Nashville, TN to the Chicagoland area to see this car in person. When I arrived the courteous staff took me to their waiting area which was equipped with any amenity you could possibly need. Nealy came out to greet me after finishing up with her previous client and her personality matched exactly with her cheerful manner that she spoke with over the phone. She took me down to their climate controlled showroom to see the car and it looked EXACTLY as it was pictured if not better! Obviously the test drive went great and the paperwork was a breeze when finishing everything up with Brandon. I was offered a generous trade in value for my vehicle especially with the quotes I received sight unseen with only some photos I sent over of the exterior and interior of the vehicle. All in all I would highly recommend Grand Subaru to anyone looking to buy new or used. They had a fantastic selection of vehicles and I wouldn't hesitate to make the drive again if I ever needed to purchase another vehicle in the future. Went in to look at Subaru Forester Nicole is very easy to speak with, I felt comfortable with her immediately. We were travelling back from a wedding in Ohio and had a narrow window to pick up the car yesterday. The car was in transit and not scheduled to arrive in time. Grand and Nealy made it happen. The car was there a week early, and Nealy had everything ready for us. Brandon guided us through the paperwork, checked our preferences for additional services (we had already told Nealy that we were not interested in any protective packages at this time), explained the monthly amount and when the first payment would be due (we qualified for a 48-month 0% rate so we knew what our monthly payment would be before we arrived), and went over the process for registering our Outback in Iowa. Nealy even made arrangements for Trace to guide us through the technology before we left. The grand kids enjoyed the playroom, and we love our new car. Everyone left happy. Awesome, More

Awesome Experience I purchased my Subaru Outback from Grand Subaru, and can't say enough good about it. From the first contact I had with Nealy, until I took delivery, I purchased my Subaru Outback from Grand Subaru, and can't say enough good about it. From the first contact I had with Nealy, until I took delivery, everything was smooth, well explained, and no pressure. It took me a while to decide this car was the right one for me, and Nealy was patient while I made up my mine. I ended ordering the Outback to get exactly what I wanted, The price quote, was the price paid, and was the best around. The financing experience was great as well. Yes, they offered protections, but was no pressure to purchase anything I did not want. I am extremely pleased with the entire process, and will go back for my next car. Highly recommended. More

Actually live in Cleveland, Ohio, but the deal we got at Grand Just bought our 3rd brand new 2018 Subaru Outback and got this one from Grand Subaru. Actually live in Cleveland, Ohio, but the deal we got at Grand Subaru and the Customer Service we received made it worth the distance. Heard about the dealership on an Internet Forum for Outbacks and decided to give them a try. Requested a quote and within an hour Nealy Anderson got back to us with a "Jaw Dropper" of a deal. Our local dealer couldn't come close. Did the whole deal with emails, texts and a few phone calls. Nealy was always very prompt to respond, very friendly and even got back to me on her day off. I would highly recommend dealing with Nealy. Everyone else that I came in contact with there during the deal were also very friendly and most accommodating to our needs. Will definitely go back there for our next Outback. Thank You! More

Great Customer Service We inquired about the 50th Anniversary Forester after seeing it at the Auto Show. Nealy responded promptly and gave us a quote via email. We work long hours and not always available to talk on the phone. Being able to get all the negotiations done with email was a great help. She had the vehicle clean and ready for us before we arrived. The dealership was clean and welcoming. We were greeted by at least 5 different people when we walked in. They have complimentary drinks and pastries for their guest. The children playroom was a plus as our daughter got bored when we were getting paperwork done. If that took a little bit less time it would have been even better. We spent like 4 hours there. But overall everything was great. Have already recommended some friends to shop here. More
