The waiting, haggling, feeling like you are being taken advantage of, not a great way to spend an afte Let's be honest most people dread car shopping. The waiting, haggling, feeling like you are being taken advantage of, not a great way to spend an afternoon. I spent several months deciding what to buy as my lease from another manufacturer was ending. I finally came across the very persistent Nealy Anderson. From start to finish she was something special. I was very busy at work at this time and she eagerly negotiated over text and email alone.Without spending hours of my day going back and forth she ended up giving the best price out of the 3 dealers I contacted. I came in for a longer test drive one weekend and she gave me the keys and a full tank of gas, and let me go play around till I was able to make up my mind. She never once pressured me into buying, and when I did decide to buy she located the color combination I wanted and pulled it in from Wisconsin. She made daily contact to let me know the status of the vehicle. When it was all set to go I showed up for my appointment on that Saturday, and she had as much prepared as possible. From start to finish including her time showing me all the exciting features I was there 2 hours. I am very happy with my experience and look forward to a long relationship with Grand Subaru. More
