I emailed her when we would be coming. She promptly replied that she had other appointments at that time but that she would work us in. The building and lot were very clean and comfortable. They had a coffee machine and water bottles available with plenty of comfortable seating. They even had a free arcade game. When we got to the dealership, we only had to wait a few mins to see Nealy. She was very kind and high energy. She reviewed our preferences and sent us on a test drive with a car. It was exactly the correct options we wanted. She didn’t try to push us into a higher priced vehicle. She was very up front about the price of the car. We didn’t need to do any haggling because it was already a good deal. After reviewing our trade in value she let us take some time to talk it over. The trade in value was much less than we expected, but she showed us the carfax report that showed it had structural damage, explaining that they could not resell the car but that it had to be scrapped for parts. After catching a quick lunch to talk it over we decided to purchase. The process was lengthy with lots of paperwork. In total we were there 6 hours but maybe about one hour was the test drive plus me talking it over with my husband. We had to wait a few times, but never more than 15 mins. Buying a car is very stressful and Nealy made it much easier for us. I would recommend Nealy and Grand Subaru to my friends and family. More

Nealy to the Rescue We came into Grand Subaru after trying neighboring Subarus in Chicago and Evanston. We worked closely with Nealy to talk through our options. She even gave us the opportunity to lock in the deal we wanted (which was better than any other we came across) in order to go home and think about it and come back another day.
