Jeff and the team at Grand were professional and friendly (Nealy Anderson & Jen Zglobicki assisted Jeff in aspects of the sale), and Grand had a better selection of Imprezas, compared to the other dealers. I was able to locate the specific model (5 door) color (dark blue) and package (premium) that I was seeking only at Grand. The car buying process was a breeze, and Grand has invited me back for a 'Love Encore' program to answer any questions I may have regarding the vehicle. I would highy recommend Grand Subaru for anyone purchasing a new Subaru - and ask for Jeff. More

She walked me through the buying process and I scheduled an appointment to buy the vehicle the following Saturday. Everything about the sale was spot on and thoroughly explained by Nealy. There were no surprises and she did a great job explaining all of the features on my Outback limited. I was a little leary about traveling from out of the area to make the purchase, but I saved a lot of money over my local dealer and now couldn't be happier with my buying experience at Grand Subaru. More
