No Games, just a great experience. We began the process of of purchasing a Subaru Outback at a dealer close to our home, but quickly grew tired of the games that the salesperson played. The price kept changing, and because I wanted a blue car, the price went up to $2000 over MSRP because "everyone wants blue, so it is hard to find". I had asked the salesperson to contact me by email only, because I cannot answer the phone while I am working. She called both my husband and myself daily for over 3 weeks. I reached out to Grand via the internet to get a price quote on a model on their website. Nealy got right back to me with a quote, which was $9000 less than the quote from the nearby dealership. I asked her to only contact us through email, and that is exactly what she did. No games! Needless to say, we went to Grand for a test drive. There was a blue one coming in soon (at the same price as all the other colors!) and we put a deposit down. When the day came to pick up our new car, everything was fantastic! Nealy is so great to work with, answering all of our questions and then some. Matt walked us through all of the features on the car, he was so helpful. And Brandon did a great job with the financing, getting us a low interest rate. Even though Grand is over an hour drive from our home, we would do this again in an instant. More

We did a lot of research beforehand, and knew what we wanted. Nealy directed us to the dealer's large inventory and presented options through email. When we decided to purchase, we worked directly with Nealy to purchase the Subaru we wanted. She was clear and concise and a pleasure to work with. Though we feel we may have been able to get a better price for our trade-in, we feel we got a very good deal (below invoice) on the new Subaru. The entire process was completed in a timely manner and everyone treated us well. More

Great price, great buying experience, great car I had initially gone to a different dealer that's closer to my house, but after enduring a pricing kung fu match with the business manager and not fee I had initially gone to a different dealer that's closer to my house, but after enduring a pricing kung fu match with the business manager and not feeling like they were in the ballpark based on pricing data online, I decided to go somewhere else. My friend had bought his car from Grand and suggested I try them. I got their best price over the internet without any haggling or even coming to the showroom. Their price was $1600 better than the other dealer. Nealy had everything organized, the whole process was smooth, and she gave me a 30 minute intro on how all the stuff works on the car in a nice heated delivery area. She gave me a follow up phone call a few days later to see if I had any questions. Overall I couldn't be happier with the dealer, and I'm very happy with the car. More

Straightforward no BS experience w/ Nealy Anderson at Grand I am a very educated car enthusiast and Financial Advisor by trade, so I consider myself somewhat of an expert in terms of car purchasing (except for I am a very educated car enthusiast and Financial Advisor by trade, so I consider myself somewhat of an expert in terms of car purchasing (except for negotiations which I suck at). I was in the market for a 2017 Subaru WRX and fired off emails to several Subaru dealerships in my area to get the best prices as opposed to getting into a haggling contest. Several came back with unusually low offers and weren't able to specify what other costs would be applicable or just wanted me to "come in." Nealy offered a great price (below TrueCar) and gave me a straightforward quote and was up front about any additional costs. The deal was exactly as her initial email stated with no surprises or last minute adjustments, which was very unexpected. Compared to my experience earlier in the year purchasing a 2016 Tucson, it was much more pleasant and by far the easiest I've had. Nealy Anderson was very pleasant to work with, honest, straightforward, and did not employ the high pressure sales tactics I experienced with other dealers related to warranties and other service packages. I would recommend her specifically to any individual looking to get a great price on a Subaru without the stereotypically unpleasant dealership experience. If I could go back in time, I would've likely purchased a Forester through her instead of a Tucson at another dealearship. More

I knew what I wanted - I told them and they gave it to me, no hassle and stuck to their pricing - which by the way was far better than any of the other dealers who kept giving me the run around. My buying decision boiled down to price and that led me to Grand Subaru...Where I got an incredible deal from the internet department on my first Subaru, a 2017 Outback 3.6R Touring. As impressive as the price was, the service I was provided by Nealy and Chris was even more so. The first time I can use "pleasurable" to describe an automobile purchase.
