A long drive for a great deal. Nealy Anderson was great to work with over the internet, so I drove over 400 miles one way to get a much better deal than I could get in my area. She scheduled me early on the day I was to pick up the 2017 Subaru Forester, and she did the deal efficiently so I was able to start the long drive back home in time to make it before dark. All the people I was in contact at the dealership were very nice, especially Nealy. More

Wild ride and worth the trip My 2002 Audi TT was done. I did a lot of research- I wanted - AWD - Turbo -Manual Transmission -a unique appearance. I selected the Subaru My 2002 Audi TT was done. I did a lot of research- I wanted - AWD - Turbo -Manual Transmission -a unique appearance. I selected the Subaru 2017 WRX in Rally blue as the answer to everything I wanted. After making the rounds of all of the dealers in Chicagoland (yes we call it that), I set out to contact my best option at Grand Subaru. I had previous contact with Melissa Distell on line who set me up with Nealy Anderson. I showed up unannounced on a Friday morning and linked up with Nealy. From our first meeting I knew I wanted to work with this woman. She listened to what I wanted and did not interject a lot of up-selling to get me into a different car. The decision was so easy working with Nealy. I put down my deposit and hoped to pick up my brand new vehicle the next day. At 5PM Nealy called- I knew something was wrong. They had found a factory defect in my brand new transmission and were going to have to replace it. Understand- Nealy had set me up with the only 2017 WRX Limited in Chicago that had everything I wanted, and priced it at a substantial reduction under MSRP. We hoped to get the fix done within a week. I was OK with that. Monday Nealy called me and told me my brand new tranny had to come in from Japan.....argh! We talked- she worked with me- we wanted to make this work. My Tranny was now 10 days out- the Audi was dying and Nealy kept working with me. Subaru America understood I was sticking with the deal and made a substantial free warranty upgrade that really made up for my inconvenience. Long story short- Nealy was with me through this whole experience and I am now driving my Bad Ass Blue Angel and smiling from ear to ear. I cannot say enough good things about everyone I dealt with at Grand Subaru and Subaru USA. I look forward to my next purchase with Grand Subaru. I just wish I could give Nealy more than 5 stars. More

Helful quadrupled From the first time I was contacted by Melissa and Nealy more than a month ago because of an inquiry I put in to TrueCar, they have been helpful, pat From the first time I was contacted by Melissa and Nealy more than a month ago because of an inquiry I put in to TrueCar, they have been helpful, patient, obliging and downright pleasant on-line, and in Nealy's case, on-line, in person and on the phone. They gave me firm quotes from the beginning and shifted gears as I first made the decision to buy a car, then to buy a Subaru, then from Crosstrek to Impreza hatchback. They always updated me and never betrayed a scintilla of impatience either with my process or with the length of time it was taking me or with my comparing their offers with other dealerships. No nagging. No games. None of that silly and time-wasting and posturing "I have to check with my manager" nonsense. Just cheerful and helpful service. Nealy, in particular, has been outstanding, following up without being intrusive or the least bit aggressive. I bought the car last Thursday and she called today [the following Tuesday] to see how I was doing, how the car was performing and assuring me that should I have questions in the future, she'd be pleased to help. I believe her. I dealt with 3 Subaru dealerships, but this is the one, and these are the folks to whom I'd return and send others to do their car buying business. Brava! More

Great Salesperson Nealy was awesome. She was upfront with pricing and options. She took the time to answer all my questions and emails, even on her day off. When I a Nealy was awesome. What an exciting experience! My friend told me about buying a vehicle from Grand near Chicago. Being from the Detroit area, I have never shopped for an auto in another State. Working with Nealy in ordering and finally picking up the car was easy and there were no significant glitches. Nealy was particularly helpful in guiding my decisions regarding options for my new SUV. Even being picked up at Ohare by the dealer was amazingly easy. I love to tell the story of this adventure in car buying along with the fact I saved a significant amount of money. As an aside, when I asked a dealer in Michigan if they would match a price offered by another dealer, I was told "You are thinking about Grand in Chicago aren't you. We could never match their prices." What a wonderful story to repeat! More

Much more laid back atmosphere than the hard sell some dealers still try to push. Found grand using the Sam's Club/Truecar auto buying service and grand beat their price. Have already recommended them to several people at work and will be back on the next new car hunt! More

Nealy, our internet sales person made the car buying process hassle free.with up front pricing information for our Forester with all the accessory options. This was our first car ever ordered with all the accessories desired. Once ordered, Nealy kept us informed along the way, as the car was built at the factory with a VIN number assigned and the expected delivery date. Our scheduled day to pick up our new car was a bit timely though Nealy and Al in finance made the process very straight forward. Nealy did a great job orienting us to our new Forester with all its accessories and technology. She took her time and answered all of our questions. We really appreciate how well Nealy works with all of the staff at Grand Subaru. Nealy truly made the car buying experience our best ever! More

Reached out through web site and did rest of the communication over the phone and email. The experience (and price) were so good that I rented a car one way and drove almost 6h to get my new car. It was well worth it! I was working with Sandy remotely and with Nealy onsite. Both are great even though I was a painful customer :) they had the car I wanted prepped when I arrived. But while there I decided to go with slightly better option, but the car wasn't ready. They jumped on it immediately. Even Nealy helped to clean interior prior to delivery. Already recommended the place to few people. Will definitely be back when the time for upgrade comes again. Thanks! More

Best experiences at Grand Subaru! Grand Subaru is the BEST dealership to buy a Subaru from! They are incredibly helpful and will go out of their way to help! This is my second time with getting a car at Grand because my first car was in an accident and was totaled. I called Nealy right away and she helped me get my new XT very quickly! Nealy Anderson is fantastic! She made both my experiences very enjoyable! She always kept me updated with my new XT! In my future I will always continue to buy from Grand Subaru! And ask for Nealy!
