It was the most pleasant experience we have ever had with buying a car. From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out. While waiting for all of the paperwork, Ned drove me over 30 minutes, one way buying a car. From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out. He truly is a wonderful human and there was zero pressure during the whole process. We came in just to test drive a car and left with smiles on our faces and a new vehicle for my parents.
