I was lied to and tricked. I agreed 4.97% finance charge. It was changed somewhere in the process to 5.97% when the final contract paper was printed out for my signature. This is my fault I believed the salesperson telling me the 4.97% interest rate. Had no idea the finance person would arbitrarily change it. In addition the finance person lied to my face after handing me the sheet with the extra care protection added which on paper changed the monthly payment $100. Like we can’t read. I did accept the extra care because I wanted it. Buyer beware!! Check EVERY line on EVERY paper More

Waited 11 weeks for license- Oct 11 presented to check for license plates. Was told that they have not arrived yet. Asked Neamiahs in sales for help and he took time to "go upstairs" and check - returned for license plates. Was told that they have not arrived yet. Asked Neamiahs in sales for help and he took time to "go upstairs" and check - returned with plates in hand. Presented to Service dept. to have plates mounted and was advised that front mounting frame is required for plate and search of vehicle showed that mounting frame was not found. Mr. Piedra (?) searched " supply, shop, everywhere" and could not locate the frame. I had to buy the frame that should have been included with purchase of the new car. Parts dept,.of course, had the frame in stock. I was told at time of purchase " when we get the plates, come in and we will install them" The principle of the issue far outweighs the cost. I have no issue with staff but the Dealership policies over small things represent how it will relate to weightier issues. I have made it plain that I choose to continue service of my vehicle but not to purchase another vehicle here and also encourage friends/family to seriously consider another option. More
