While buy RAV4 from Toyota of Rockwall. Our salesperson, Nehemias was friendly and professional, and he exceeded all of our needs and expectations. While buying a car is usually stressful and nerve wracking, Nehemias answered all of our questions and went to great lengths to explain all costs involved in this transaction. We felt completely at ease as a result of Nehemias’ compassion, super personality and knowledge. It was extremely reassuring that we were given such outstanding customer service from Nehemias. He also took time from his busy day to go over in detail all of the “bells and whistles” on our new car. Nehemias is the epitome of the best of the best car salesmen out there. Waited 11 weeks for license- Oct 11 presented to check for license plates. Was told that they have not arrived yet. Asked Neamiahs in sales for help and he took time to "go upstairs" and check - returned for license plates. Was told that they have not arrived yet. Asked Neamiahs in sales for help and he took time to "go upstairs" and check - returned with plates in hand. Presented to Service dept. to have plates mounted and was advised that front mounting frame is required for plate and search of vehicle showed that mounting frame was not found. Mr. Piedra (?) searched " supply, shop, everywhere" and could not locate the frame. I had to buy the frame that should have been included with purchase of the new car. Parts dept,.of course, had the frame in stock. I was told at time of purchase " when we get the plates, come in and we will install them" The principle of the issue far outweighs the cost. I have no issue with staff but the Dealership policies over small things represent how it will relate to weightier issues. I have made it plain that I choose to continue service of my vehicle but not to purchase another vehicle here and also encourage friends/family to seriously consider another option. More
