Personalized first class operation. I was browsing Audi’s in parking lot when Ntanzi Simutowe approached me and introduced himself. I found him to be very personable and helpful. He eventually introduced the car that I would fall in love with RS5. While looking over RS5 Neil Ambrosio introduced himself and was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering all questions I had on RS5. I found out Ntanzi was in training and Neil would be helping assist Ntanzi with the sale. I must say that Neil really put Ntanzi under his wing and helped him along the way without taking over.
