Not ready when promised As soon as I arrived I asked if my car could be done by 10:30 because I had an appointment. That was 45 minutes away and I only needed an oil change. As soon as I arrived I asked if my car could be done by 10:30 because I had an appointment. That was 45 minutes away and I only needed an oil change. I was told that wouldn’t be a problem. After sitting for 40 minutes I went to ask for a update. At this point I noticed my car hadn’t even been pulled back yet. I find it very unacceptable to be told no can get out in 45 minutes when it wasn’t a possibility. They did make it right by letting me use a loaner car and bringing my car to me. I appreciate that very much. However I arrived at 9:40 and was told at 10:30 that my car should be ready at 11:15. I find it totally unacceptable for a simple oil change to take an estimated hour and a half. More

I'm an OTR truck driver and it would be a month before I could get back. Their mechanic hearing my plight, and blaming the scheduling computer, clocked back in, and had me back on the road in less than an hour. A+ for the extra mile. More
