If you are in the market for a new/used luxury I would like to first say i never give reviews (too busy) but just had to take time to write this one. If you are in the market for a new/used luxury vehicle, Sears Impoted Autos is first class and should be your first choice! My Master Certified Representative, Endre B, who assisted me in finding the right Mercedes series, type etc., was the ultimate professional. I will admit i was a bit indecisive and his patience, and really wanting to understand my needs, created a no pressure, extremely pleasant buying experience (totally surprised me). He has been in the businesd for over 20 years (i think at this same dealership) and the way he works with his clients is well seasoned and knowledge based. I encourage you to ask for him specifically. My great experience extended beyond sales, in that Neil B, in Management was also a delight to work with. He offered above and beyond elements that he had no obligation to extend... this speaks to his solid character and putting customers first! And last but not least, even the financing experience was easy-breezy as i worked with Jennifer. She also made that final step in the process enjoyable and at ease. Bottom line, Sears Imported Autos is a class act and I encourage you to take the time and check them out! More

I was welcomed and always felt like I was a long time customer, even though I had never bought a vehicle there before. I could not afford new, but they had a good selection of previously owned. Mine happened to be 10 years old with only 63,000 miles. The used car manager welcomed me, as did the store manager. William my final salesman was very helpful and considerate all the way from start to finish. A great place to buy a car. More
