Neiman was very nice when we met him and as we went through the deal he became rude. He texted me inaccurate information after the deal was made. He stated the car would be taken back if I didn’t compl through the deal he became rude. He texted me inaccurate information after the deal was made. He stated the car would be taken back if I didn’t complete a call I had already completed days prior. The sales manager was even worse. When we were signing the papers he started to try and sell the warranty. We already decided we did not want it and let him know. He proceeded to argue with us for half an hour about why we were making a mistake. It took telling him many times we dont want it for him to drop it. After looking over my paperwork I realized he lied about fees, added them on when he said he wouldn’t, he signed my name for me (even spelling my name wrong when he did). This was the worst experience at a dealer. More
