They sold me a car 2 quarts short on transmission fluid, didn't run a diagnostic on it when I requested one then lied about it. The key for does not even work. I really don’t care to have to deal with this dealership again. The transaction is done and there isn’t anything you all can do to make me feel differently about the experience my wife and I had here. I honestly would not have even left a review if I would not have received a text asking me to leave one. I just decided to block the experience from my memory. However, if truly care to “get to the bottom of it” I wouldn’t mind sitting down with Sylvester and someone from his supervisor chain to discuss it.
