We always feel welcomed by the professional and well-informed staff. There is never any pressure to make any purchase decisions and they honor the numbers, none of the bait and switch tactics other dealers employ. The dealership and staff appreciate and reward client loyalty. When the time comes again, we will return to Pacific BMW and our trusted sales advisors. In the meantime, they will continue to service our vehicle. Thank you to all the staff we worked with during this purchase, our previous purchase, and in every maintenance encounter in between. More
