Buyers should be told in advance to unfreeze credit versus learning upon arrival. This is my 3rd Lexus and overall customer service is not as robust as in the past, maybe because you don’t have to wor versus learning upon arrival. This is my 3rd Lexus and overall customer service is not as robust as in the past, maybe because you don’t have to work as hard to sell vehicles. Also, don’t waste a buyer’s time if you can’t be competitive on a trade-in. Just say it in advance so the buyer can make a decision to get an appraisal from you or not. You should revise your survey to include “Maybe” or “Not Sure” as options to your question about recommending your dealership. I indicated Yes, but it’s a Maybe or Not Sure. More
