Contacted Wondries explained my problem, service rep extremely helpful, Nelson guided me through the entire ordeal. On his day off, he text me and follow-up on my situation. Throughout this whole 3 week extremely helpful, Nelson guided me through the entire ordeal. On his day off, he text me and follow-up on my situation. Throughout this whole 3 weeks or so, he kept me abreast of my status. When he was not available, he. asked me to keep in touch through John and John introduced me De-Wu.
