Very bad experience on every level. Sales, service, customer service. In October they sent us a flyer to go in and get a new leased vehicle since the existing one is about to expire and they pay off o customer service. In October they sent us a flyer to go in and get a new leased vehicle since the existing one is about to expire and they pay off our remaining 3 months of lease. We picked the car and showed them the flyer but in their calculation the pay off amount was calculated into our new lease. We asked them why? They were saying this flyer is not correct etc. After complaining to the floor manager he said ok, they pay it off if we lease a new car. We said ok because that's the only reason why we were thinking to get a new leased car. As soon as we got home, I noticed that a plastic frame on the bottom of the car is broken. Right away we called the salesman then email and text with pictures. He said no problem bring the car back when we have time to check on it. We stopped by in December but our salesman wasn't there. Another guy took a look he said that entire piece should be replaced and painted. He said our salesman will call us. Weeks passed and nothing happened. I sent 2 emails, no response at all. I called then and they promised the salesman will call me back. He did and explained that nobody told him we were there etc (however we sent him email too). He said to bring the car again in so his service manager can take a look at it so they no exactly what to do. I said ok and stopped by again. Of course our salesman was busy and sent someone else out who we thought was the service manager (but he wasnt) since it was promised. The guy said no problem we fix it and our salesman will call us back to schedule if not give him a call. Of course nothing happened. I called the new guy he said I have to speak with my salesman and promised a call back. Nothing happened. I called again and they said let's schedule a service appointment and they take care of it. At that time I told him, I dont want to leave the car there if you don't have the parts which has to be replaced. Have the part and then I go so it can be done in 2-3 days. They didn't even listen to me. I scheduled an appt and brought the car on a Monday. The service guy asked me for the paperwork that should have given to me by sales that sales approve the work. !!! Of course they didn't give me anything but the guy said no worries he will follow up with them. Tuesday service called me that they tried to fix the damage (obvious lie !! How could you fix a broken plastic?) but couldn't so they had to order the part which would arrive on Thursday so my car gonna be ready Friday. (This is what I was about to avoid as I mentioned above). I called then Thursday to make sure if the car would be ready Friday.because I have plans for the weekend. The answer was of course. Then Friday they called me it is not gonna be done and told me to rent a car they will pay it at the time I pick up my car. I got a call on Tuesday that my car is ready. I went there with my rental cost and instead giving me the check as they promised, it was told to me that in the morning the manager has to approve and they send out a check by mail. 1 week passed and no check. I called them to ask what is going on. They promised a call back but didn't happen. I sent email and called them next day. They said financial dept has to approve it and someone call me back. Of course I called financial dept and they said if service approves it they can write the check. This is where we are right now, waiting for call back again.. Nobody called me back however the service guy responded to my email. He said he is off but next day he will call me and check should be ready the following day. Nothing new happened, Noone called me back and no check either..... For them it is not much money but For me $400 out of my budget to rent a car with 2 little children is a big deal. One thing for sure, this was the last time I leased and serviced my car at Bayside Chrysler More

Really at a loss of what to say. I got a Durango RT in 2016. Within a month of having th car my middle seats got locked down and needed to be replaced. Never got a loaner for time car was in service. Next 2016. Within a month of having th car my middle seats got locked down and needed to be replaced. Never got a loaner for time car was in service. Next, my radiator went out completely within 6 months of having the car. Was on a highway in NJ with two small kids. No one ever told me I had road side assistance or anything. fast forward 2.5 years my car again starts over heating and making weird noises after coming off highway. It sounded like a sprain was loose in the bread pad. Took it for service and was told everything was fine. Meanwhile everyone in the car was able to hear the sounds coming from bread pad. A month before having to return the vehicle (Sept 2020) the car REEKED of antifreeze. Due to pandemic reasons and death in family we were not able to bring car for service (not was I putting my kids in that car 1. Obvious Safety reasons, I wasn’t about to put my kids life is danger and have the radiator go completely out again while in the car. And 2. I wasn’t going to have my kids inhale that god awful smell of antifreeze !! More over, in March, prior to second and third radiator incident , we wanted to keep this vehicle and/or lease another. When we went to dealership we were told we’d have to pay another 150 more for the SAME CAR, same STICKER PRICE. they justified this through new feature of car play (mind you car play has been around for YEARS ALREADY. My husband was appalled. The manager than sees our dissatisfaction and goes to run numbers, comes back with a $10 discount. We couldn’t believe it. As my husband said, I thought they’d make it hard for us to walk away by giving a good price, but like this they’ve made it EXTREMELY easy to walk away. We kept the car under lock and key, it was in impeccable condition? No scratch’s, dinges, no damage etc. We had full intention of keeping the vehicle. We were willing to overlook the radiator going out the first time however that is where we went severely wrong. It was unacceptable to have that happen from the beginning. To have to happen a second and third time — leaves me at a loss for words. All our friends and family that we’ve told this to tell us to run as far from this car as possible. The quality of the vehicle speaks volumes, however the customer service just as much!! More

The service department is slow when changing the oil for my car. The worst part of the department is how exorbitantly expensive they are. I had some damage to my oil pan and other parts and they wanted to c my car. The worst part of the department is how exorbitantly expensive they are.
