Received a call back from Franco D'Ambruoso who was very knowledgeable and extremely courteous salesman. They scheduled an appointment and I was so happy during the process that I bought not only a 2013 750ix for myself but also purchased a 2013 328ix for my wife. Franco was prompt for all of our appointments and spent as much times as required to explain the vehicles and all of the various electronics. A pleasant experience, which is not always easy to say about car buying, and we will be a customers for life. More

Great Customer Service & Are Helpful Post-Sale Too I purchased a CPO 2011 X3 and overall my experience has been great.. I had some minor issues with the vehicle after buying but ultimately the people I purchased a CPO 2011 X3 and overall my experience has been great.. I had some minor issues with the vehicle after buying but ultimately the people I needed to speak to were very friendly and worked with me to get them resolved. In particular, I give thumbs-up to their body shop who helped me when lesser dealers may have not.. I've had BMWs off/on for 8+ years now and this is my 2nd one from WestGerman.. They're a good company that make a sincere effort to make a customer happy. More

This was a very positive buying experience from start to finish. I traded in a 4 year old BMW and felt the valuation was fair and within the upper range of published prices -blue book, black book. At any point I had a question or concern, the client advisor, Mark Wisniewski provided a prompt and complete response. It was a bit of a wait for the car, largely due to BMW's production and the sales staff was very up front and honest about the delivery timetable and the allocation. At delivery the dealership unearthed yet another nice rebate-thanks. The car was as ordered and in perfect condition. More
