We have always been very pleased with the dealership. This purchase was our third Subaru and our 2nd Outback. Logan (salesperson) was very kind and we appreciated his service. We only talked about a 2 This purchase was our third Subaru and our 2nd Outback. Logan (salesperson) was very kind and we appreciated his service. We only talked about a 2024 Outback and the he showed us a Green (2023) Outback, told us it was a 2024 and reviewed all the features of the 2024. On our 2nd visit, he showed us a silver Outback (2024). We asked the difference...He said is was only the color. We asked why cheaper and he responded that the dealership had it longer and was anxious to move it. As we were ready to close the deal on the green Outback, I discovered from the tag on the key that it was a 2023. The mileage was different than Logan told us previously. There was also another cellphone also registered in the car. He become somewhat flustered when I started asking questions. There were a few other things said that caused me to lose trust in him and I said I had to think about it. It appeared to me that it was a bait and switch situation. The more he talked the more upsetting it was.... We left the dealership. Within minutes of us leaving, Jeff, sales manager, called to ask about our concerns and said he wanted to work with us. He made a second call before we got to our home (about 25 minutes from the dealership.) In hindsight, Logan was anxious to sell us a vehicle and made some 'rookie' mistakes. Because of Jeff's kindness, we returned to the dealership and purchases the 2024 Outback. Also of note, we visited another Subaru dealership that is about 3 miles from our house. However, we chose to deal with Kenny Ross Subaru because of our many previous positive experiences. More
