Wait time was too long. We had made a 2 pm appt to purchase the car. It took over 3 hours til we drove out of the dealership. Damian was great. It would have been helpful to have known in advance the wait time as we did not anticipate being there all afternoon when we had a scheduled appointment. We did not need financing and thought things would have been more streamlined. Everyone was pleasant but the finance manager was definitely overbooked; albeit it efficient and friendly. More

From our first meeting back in May, I was convinced that Christina was trustworthy and would be the person to see that I purchased extactly the car I wanted.
