We did not work with Justin Harris. Our only complaint is that the add-ons were not clearly explained. We believed that the add-ons were included in the advertised sales price. add Our only complaint is that the add-ons were not clearly explained. We believed that the add-ons were included in the advertised sales price. add-ons such as: resistal; 3 free oil changes & tire rotations, and Lojack. Probably should have refused these add-ons. Will we recommend Kenny Ross Subaru to others? Probably, but with a warning to fully understand the purchase price and the cost and the need of the add-ons. More
