Christian got me in and out of my oil change very quickly. He was professional and friendly. I appreciate his service and hope to have him as my service advisor the next time I am due for an oil chan quickly. He was professional and friendly. Dropped off jeep for recall u-90, on Thursday. She then quoted me a $199 diagnostics before seeing if the recall u-90 fixed the gas cap & engine light icon. That same evening she told me something was stuck in my fuel-line and the repairs were estimated $3k+, and to fix headlight, too, would be $5k+ total. Told her to just do recall and I'd call her Friday with decision on repair. Called all day Friday and left multiple messages for her to only do recall. Not one person picked up calls in the Service department all day Fri/Sat. Saturday evening, a rep told me the recall was done but paperwork still needed to be submitted to warranty. Then proceeds to tell me they are also still looking into the engine and gas cap light. Told him diagnostics was already ran and to only do recall. Monday, Neyma calls me and is surprised I only wanted recall done and told me she would let the technician know. After not receiving a call back I went down to the dealership in person. I found Neyma, she had my car driven up. I turned it on and the car dash was all clear of engine/gas cap icons. I asked her about the codes from the diagnostics and she was ready to have me pay $199 for diagnostics for issues that were cleared up by having the Recall u-90. My car was held hostage over the entire weekend and they still would have had it now if I didn't show up in person. The kicker was, she was on her cellphone the entire time and in her office with her supervisor when I arrived. Calls, messages and returned calls were blatantly ignored. More

Short: Don't Ever Use This Facility. Liars Short/Full: Vehicle brought in for a diagnostic priced at 199.98. Calls were not returned. when I did reach my service provider Neyma Cuello, she told me the "technician" Brandon hadn't gotten to it. Technician called to tell me he needed more time. I said ok, however 2 weeks seems a long time to diagnose an issue I knew and just wanted confirmed. They told me if I went with a repair it would be $16,000, no diagnostic fee or they'd take it for the price of the tires. I said no and confirmed the price with Neyma for pickup: 199.98. Yet on pick up they added to the price. Paraphrase Me: I called Tuesday to confirm the price with Neyma. The price is higher now. Brandon: I told you I needed more time. Me: Did you inform me there was a charge outside for you needing more time, as Neyma stated you hadn't gotten to it yet? Brandon: I told you I needed more time. (Repeats this as his only line after). This is all I can do, I should have charged you more because I'm not just a technician, I'm the manager. Had to pay price or I wouldn't receive my vehicle despite the deception. Sold it 30 mins later to CarMax (Gave me over 4 times the value they offered) because the dead look on his face as he admitted what had happened with no remorse made me not trust anything he did to that vehicle. My car was at the dealership for 3 weeks. I attempted to contact and text Neyma, and she never responded. My husband had to literally stop by in order to get an update on the vehicle.
