When I started building cars on line a few months ago, I didn’t predict at all that I’d be purchasing a Palisade. Central Hyundai was the second Hyundai dealership that I visited in the last week. Walking in the door was like reuniting with old friends. Everyone was so helpful and more importantly, personable. I was very upfront with what I was looking for with my decision. I met Chris A. and we immediately connected. Chris was attentive, understood my humor, and made sure that I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. I’ve purchased many vehicles in my life and have been a repeat customer with other dealerships. I can honestly say that I’m so glad I made the decision last weekend to stop in. He wasn't just knowledgeable and professional, the excellent service I received form him was genuinely indescribable. Central auto group would be wise to hold on to Alex for dear life. Only a fool, or someone uninterested in their bottom line would let such a valuable asset like Alex slip away. I would immediately review his current employment situation seeking to identify ways to promote or more appropriately compensate a one in a million employee like Alex Holstein. More
