Accommodating and Responsive We drove to Loveland from Denver to check out a used C-Class we saw on their website. Nic Mercer made time to walk us through the features of the car and take us for a test drive. We had some complications with our trade-in vehicle and they helped us through each step of the process. They seemed to be as concerned about structuring a deal that worked for us as well as them. All the paperwork was ready when we drove back up a couple days later. We worked with Felipe in Finance. He was very pleasant and he did a great job explaining everything. Nic spent another half hour or so walking us through the car and helping us with some basic programming. Great experience overall...very comfortable...no pressure. Everybody we encountered was very pleasant. Best of all, we got a loaded, low-mileage car for a great price. More
