To say the very least, Carlos E. Rodriguez, Felipe Sorzano and Nic Mercer made that happen! They heard & had compassion for my situation and did everything possible to get the best price & apr rate for me. They absolutely exceeded my expectations and for that I am grateful and highly recommend visiting MB of Loveland for your next purchase. Also, keep in mind I was buying a used trade-in BMW that they had on the lot and it was a Saturday so realistically you could say I wasn’t a priority BUT not once did I feel that way! They treated me like I was the most important customer there, checking on me in the lobby to see if I needed anything while they searched for the best bank to help my situation! I never saw myself in a Mercedes nor did I look like I belonged in one, I walked in with shorts, a tank top and a half tattoo sleeve and they treated me like a princess!! You will never find a place with better customer service or a better group of salesman. Throughout the car buying process you feel a lot of pressure from dealers and some come off as a little "creepy" this is not the experience at all at Mercedes they are all excellent at what they do and genuinely want you to be happy and get something that will check all your boxes! I left with a massive smile on my face and a key in my hand! More
