We had ordered a 2021 F450 from another dealer at the end of Feb and it had been stuck in Kentucky for 10 weeks now waiting for computer chips. We started looking around for used F450s, but our original deal of Feb and it had been stuck in Kentucky for 10 weeks now waiting for computer chips. We started looking around for used F450s, but our original dealer did not seem too keen on helping us find one since ours was built but stuck. We have a brand new 5th wheel camper waiting in Texas to be picked up and we were against a deadline to get that done. Then we found Imperial Ford who had a 2020 F450 with everything we wanted and more! My wife called and was quickly connected to #Morgan Johnson who told us the vehicle was still available. We live 2 hours away, but headed down immediately. On the trip down we got several messages from Morgan as well as a video of the truck. When we got there, Morgan greeted us and showed us the truck. It was exactly what we wanted. Morgan was awesome and a pleasure to deal with as was Bill Pierce the Business Manager. The whole vibe of the dealership was great! Saw car I was interested in on their website and inquired. Marc Foley got right back to me and said the car was in stock and when I went to the dealer the car was pulled up front and ready for us to inquired.
