Nick Clifford a service rep. Was really unprofessional. I talk to Rick who was the caring service manager, if it wasn’t for Rick I seriously doubt I would be returning to Corwin Was really unprofessional. The service at Corwin was knowledgeable and efficient. Nick was professional, friendly, and helpful. The waiting area is comfortable, and coffee is available (always a plus!). They are liars. They told me they were "throwing in a warranty " but they failed to mention that they were charging me 3,000 for this warranty . It was added onto my loan and I was never told that I would be paying for it or how much I would be paying. When I bought the car I did not realize there was an issue with the AC, right after purchase I had to bring my car in and have the air condenser replaced. After it was replaced I felt like there was still something wrong with the car so I brought it back and the service department was less than helpful. They said that I would be wasting my time as they did not think there was anything wrong with it still. They also said that they felt I would be better off going somewhere else because they don't usually work on the brand of car I have and said their mechanics may not be very knowledgeable when it comes to my car. He also stated that they get "screwed" by warranties and it made me feel like they just did not want to deal with my car as they wouldn't be making money off of fixing it. I had to take off work just for then to tell me that. I have "free" oil changes with them and I honestly would rather not use their service department again. I spent almost 20,000 on this car and was treated like garbage. My last issue is that they stated they would replace my wind sheild and I had to go in twice and call multiple times to get the process going. After two months I finally got my windsheild replaced. I feel like it should not have taken that much effort and that long to get it replaced. Overall I would not buy another car from this dealership again. More
