Upon initial request for an oil change, suggested leaving vehicle due to limited Sprinter service personnel. Upon arrival, Andy was more understanding and attempted to get vehicle done within 3 hours. Th vehicle due to limited Sprinter service personnel. Upon arrival, Andy was more understanding and attempted to get vehicle done within 3 hours. They did, but 3 hours for an oil change ? Especially when an appointment was scheduled. Minor, but no windshield sticker provided - reminder for next oil change. That’s fine. Recorded mileage and will schedule accordingly. Appreciate the multi-point inspection and subsequent suggested service. Will follow up later. Not really sure why I provide feedback. Seems like all dealer service is routinely similar, regardless of input. I guess expecting more out of Mercedes should not be anticipated. More

Extremely disappointed with how overpriced the service was and things being added without any communication or approval from me. Charging $800 for a basic oil change and air filter change is absurd. On to was and things being added without any communication or approval from me. Charging $800 for a basic oil change and air filter change is absurd. On top of that, they decided to replace my wipers (absolutely nothing was wrong with them) without even reaching out and asking if I wanted it done. Just a tactic to run up the bill. Paid over 8x as much as I would have paid for the same service elsewhere. The "service B" is an absolute scam. More
