It took way too long to do the paperwork. Also, some guy who was in charge of the amount for my trade was extremely rude telling me to go and sit down and not listen to what he was saying. All I did was walk over and point out the other dealership would buy my car outright for the price on the paper without me making a purchase from them. I almost walked away from the sale at that point. I had to keep closing the door for Eric because he can’t reach it from his desk. Also unprofessional. I have had the car for a week and I’m bringing it back for an obvious downshift issue that can be fixed by a computer reset. The vehicle belonged to your service manager. There is no excuse for not already resetting it instead of me having to drive about an hour each way to get there. We will see how the service appointment goes. Kinda makes me think there must be a transmission problem because otherwise the reset would have been done. Good thing I purchased the extended warranty. More
