Nick in sales was awesome. Knowledgeable and always tried to help even after the sale. Lea in finance was terrible. Very hard to communicate with. Missed several appointments. Bought a used car got it home a. warning light came on and ac didn't work. I did enjoy the time, courtesy & patience given to my wife & I by our sales representative - Nicholas Greenhalgh. He demonstrated he was listening to us & put us in the right vehicle for us! It is easily apparent that his ability to present options and all the previously mentioned reasons are why we bought at Boucher for the very first time. Was more than happy to bring the vehicle from another GB location but then didn't want any of the responsibility because it wasn't a Ford. Sold it to us with a bad battery (needed to be towed out of our gar location but then didn't want any of the responsibility because it wasn't a Ford. Sold it to us with a bad battery (needed to be towed out of our garage 3 days after we bought it) and said the back up cameras weren't working due to a setting. Our salesman even said the service department checked it over. That was a lie and it then cost us our deductible to have that fixed. A new to us truck that cost $750 3 days after purchasing the vehicle. My favorite part was leaving 5 messages at the dealership with zero returned. Never again. More
