Nick was a pleasure to work with. He was able to explain everything thoroughly without hesitation and attentive. Car wasn't supposed to be ready for pick up until the next day, but Ni He was able to explain everything thoroughly without hesitation and attentive. Car wasn't supposed to be ready for pick up until the next day, but Nick stepped in and made it happen the same day!! He definitely went above and beyond and possibly saved the deal!
