Everybody at the dealership seemed really nice and it went well, despite the fact that they were running about an hour and a half behind. Always pushing services beyond what I scheduled or wanted. Getting almost as bad as Pedersen Toyota in Fort Collins. We like the Toyotas we've had and wish it wasn't so difficult to get decent service wanted. Getting almost as bad as Pedersen Toyota in Fort Collins. I arrived on time for my 7:40am appointment at McDonald Toyota and waited for the work to be done. At 9:00am, I see my vehicle is still sitting in the parking lot (nothing had been done). I drove out of Toyota and waited for the work to be done. At 9:00am, I see my vehicle is still sitting in the parking lot (nothing had been done). I drove out of the dealership at 10:45am after work was completed. What is the use in scheduling a 7:40am appointment to only have my vehicle just sit in your parking lot for more than an hour? The only reason I can see is poor upper management of the service department. However, whatever the reason, it is disappointing and unacceptable. I’ve been a loyal customer of Ehrlich/McDonald Toyota in Greeley for over 14 years. Probably time to find a new service provider for my vehicle. More
