Fun and exciting! Nick was really awesome. He treated me like a family member. He really went out of his way to make me feel welcome. Nick took extra care in trying to Nick was really awesome. He assured me that he would beat anyone's price and he did that with flying colors. During the process he kept checking back with me while I waited for finance. Offered me drinks and treats. Not what I expected I had an appointment to meet with a salesperson and when I arrived he was not there and I was not impressed. In walked Nick Nardello, who is probably I had an appointment to meet with a salesperson and when I arrived he was not there and I was not impressed. In walked Nick Nardello, who is probably younger than my youngest child. He stepped up and did a great job. He was a great combination of laid back, no pressure, felt like I was talking to my brother and very knowledgeable and professional. He spent a lot of time with me and I walked out with a better deal than I ever imagined for a better car than I ever thought I could afford. He listened, learned what was important to me and took really good care of me. I will highly recommend Nick to anybody I know. More

Our first experience there was two years ago and have recommended my family and friends to go there. This time we dealt with Nicholas Nardello, he was very knowledgeable in all the different trim levels we asked about. You could tell he actually took the time to learn the small differences. It made a huge difference. He made sure whatever questions we asked if he didn't know the answer he found someone who did know (financing/insurance questions). He took the time we needed to show us whatever vehicles we wanted to go see. Nicholas was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him. The sales manager that made a difference also was Paul. He came over and made the best deal he could and it was good enough to close the deal. We left in a new vehicle:) I would definitely buy here again and recommend anyone looking to give them a chance. It is a no pressure environment! More
