After going to a different Toyota dealership and having a really bad experience, I decided to go to Suburban Toyota in Farmington Hills. As soon as I walked in the front door, I was immediately greeted by I really bad experience, I decided to go to Suburban Toyota in Farmington Hills. As soon as I walked in the front door, I was immediately greeted by Issa who asked if he could help me. I explained to him what I was looking for and he went through the inventory at the dealership and we spent a lot of time looking at different options of vehicles, the features on them and the prices. He helped me choose the best vehicle for me within my price range. Issa was on top of everything. Issa made the buying process a very easy and pleasurable experience. I will definitely recommend everyone to go to this dealership and ask for him and I will definitely buy or lease another vehicle from Issa as well. Thank you so much Issa!! Mr. Rowe, I hope you, your coworkers, and your GM Mr. Cody Adams read this review. My hope is for you to reflect on your behavior regarding how you treat people and learn. But as long as you're getting paid, step up to the plate. I'm certain your leadership expect you to earn your salary, or at least make an effort. I will gladly speak to you or any member from your leadership team. You have my contact information. Below is my experience with Mr. Rowe: If you leave a message, don't expect a call back from Mr. Rowe (if he's already got your money) - unless he needs something from you. One of the poorest customer service as demonstrated by a professional. It took Mr. Rowe 3 weeks to return my call, and then only to tell me that the bank had not paid the dealership and asked me to (help him) call the bank to make things right. Furthermore, Mr. Rowe forgot to send me my registration, and I have yet to receive it 4 weeks later as of the date of this post. (9/7/2023). More

A couple weeks ago I decided it was time to start the process of getting my next car. I wanted to get another Toyota Hybrid and the two choices I was considering were the Camry and Corolla, my first choi process of getting my next car. I wanted to get another Toyota Hybrid and the two choices I was considering were the Camry and Corolla, my first choice being the Camry in either Red or Blue. I sat down with my sales consultant, Awring Ahmed, who I had worked with when I bought my current 2021 Camry a few years ago. It was most likely going to take about six months to find a hybrid. On Saturday (8/12) I had an appointment to get the 30,000 maintenance done on my current Camry. While there, I went over to the showroom to look at the two vehicles they had on display while I was waiting for my car over in service. I checked the inventory currently available and found a blue 2024 Toyota Camry right there on the lot and it had a sun roof! Something I have wanted in a car for over 50 years is a sun roof. The car is not a hybrid. But it still only took about 20 minutes for me to decide that I found my new car. I waited around for the showroom to open and for Awring to arrive. When she did, I explained that I had decided not to wait for a hybrid and in fact, "I had found my new car right there on the lot and would like to buy it today." This was the second time I worked have with Awring and both times it was a real pleasure to do so. She and her fellow team members there at Suburban Toyota all did fantastic work and in a few hours I was on my way home with my brand new Blue Toyota Camry SE with a sunroof! More
