Pleasant experience even though I didn't buy from them After exhaustive research and multiple test drives at 4 different dealers, I had narrowed my decision to an Audi Q5 or a Mercedes GLC. I made 3 trips After exhaustive research and multiple test drives at 4 different dealers, I had narrowed my decision to an Audi Q5 or a Mercedes GLC. I made 3 trips to the Birmingham Mercedes dealership and was met each time by Samira. She was extremely knowledgeable. I could tell she was not new to selling Mercedes because even the most detailed questions about the inner workings of the car were explained accurately. Her manager Nicholas Saban was very up front and offered an excellent deal. The problem was only that they had a limited number of vehicles they could access which fit my requirements., They just didn't have my preferred color combo with the options I wanted, even at other Mercedes dealerships.. If they had those combinations I would have bought from them....but I wound up with the Audi. When my other car comes up for lease I'll give them another try. I really am looking forward to seeing their new facility in Irondale, it is much closer to my house as well. More

Great Experience! We have purchased 5 vehicles from MBBhm and have had an overall great experience. While there was a mistake made, that would lead me to go elsewhere, We have purchased 5 vehicles from MBBhm and have had an overall great experience. While there was a mistake made, that would lead me to go elsewhere, the staff made up for it with above and beyond customer service and solutions! Randy Powell, Nick Underwood, Nicholas Saban Jr all worked hard to make things right and they did! We have purchased another vehicle as a result of this! The true test of a business is how they recover from an error and MBBhm was fantastic. The gentleman who delivered my vehicle, Steve Carter is the consummate professional and worthy to handle such high end sales. His calm demeanor and professionalism is exceptional. There is no pressure, no rush, and nothing but high end service. I have dealt with Jaguar, BMW, Infiniti, and Audi staff, and Steve Carter was the best I have encountered. We will definitely purchase another Mercedes and get it from MBBhm, in their new location. We will also seek out Steve Carter to assist us! More

C300 Lease I went there to have a warning light on my C240 checked out. I looked over the lot while the service dept ran diagnostics. Joe Coons approached me and the next thing I knew I was leading a C300. If you go there you better be ready to do business - they make it very easy! They remind me of another Nick Saban organization. There is a process and everyone has a job to do. They are ALL professionals and everyone does their job. Great experience! More

Great sales team and facility. Nearing end of lease on twin supercharged Jaguar XF. Have been extremely satisfied with Jaguar and was headed to purchase new one. Friend suggested give the NEW Mercedes dealership a shot. Dealt with this facility prior to change in ownership and had not been satisfied. Needless to say that has changed. General sales manager and entire sales team first class!! Next thing I know turned in Jaguar early and now driving Mercedes. Extremely customer friendly. Wife was driving 2016 Infiniti QX80. Too much of SUV for her. Sales team made an incredible deal now driving ML 450. Highly recommend a very pleasant and excellent sales person, Beatrix Mohsenin, who is second to none in her knowledge of Mercedes products.
