Diana who I spoke with over the phone b I received superb customer service from the minute I walked in to driving away with my brand new Nissan Rogue. Diana who I spoke with over the phone before coming in -greeted me warmly and introduced me to Fred the amazing salesman who helped me with my purchase. Fred was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through all the different options available on the Rogue. He spent a great deal of time and was never pushy. Even after I changed my mind about color and model -after signing-I had no issue and the manager Gus approved it no questions asked. I have to say this dealer provided a no nonsense approach to the car buying/leasing experience and I was extremely satisfied and am confident I got an amazing deal!!! More
