Satnav system card problems Nicole was wonderful in testing my memory card and replacing it to be able to upgrade the satnav system. I had explained the problem and she took care of it, updated the map system, showed me a few tips in setting it and insisted on testing it before I left. Kudos to her for testing and helping me set it up. A total pleasure. More

Hoping the solution has been found Credit to the service department for being thorough, consulting with Mazda technical assistance, and for the second time on this issue (low-speed lagg Credit to the service department for being thorough, consulting with Mazda technical assistance, and for the second time on this issue (low-speed lagging throttle response) not charging me. The "solution" provided to me is to not press the brake pedal when I'm accelerating (pressing the accelerator). I will be careful to not do this and see if the low-speed hesitation/lagging disappears. The loaner car (CX-5, thank you) I was provided didn't hesitate when I pressed both pedals simultaneously starting up from a traffic light. Occurs to me now that a car with automatic transmission, to maximize acceleration in a drag race (not my usual practice) the driver would press the accelerator but hold the car with the brake, then release the brake and mash the accelerator to maximize the initial thrust. Would our Mazda 3, any other Mazda or any other auto-trans car hesitate? I would be so surprised if it did. So, questioning the assertion that pressing both pedals simultaneously on a Mazda or most cars will usually cause hesitation. Still, I will be careful to avoid dual pedal driving and let the dealer know what happens. More

Disappointed I wanted a few things addressed with my vehicle and while discussing my problems with Julie, she was looking at me like I was crazy; stating that she' I wanted a few things addressed with my vehicle and while discussing my problems with Julie, she was looking at me like I was crazy; stating that she's never heard things like this before. I also wanted my alignment checked and adjusted while still under the adjustment period of the warranty. Well they put it on the alignment rack and failed to adjust the toe on all 4 tires to the optimal spec. They said that since it was all in the green it was good enough. 3 out of 4 tires have twice as much toe in as they are supposed to and 1 has twice as much toe out as it is supposed to. I know that this will scrub the outside of my tires away in 3/4 positions, and it is just sad that the dealer doesn't care about the wear on my car or tires. I am aware that no matter if they adjust anything or not the alignment pays the same either way. I feel that they were just trying to capitalize that it was good enough and profit from the paid warranty time. I also stated to Julie that I wasn't happy about just leaving it and she refused to have them correct it. I have bought other vehicles from Lou Fusz dealers and this one has the most difficult service dept yet to work with. I called and left Nichole a voicemail on 3/19/2020 and have yet to receive a call back regarding the concerns I had about my visit. Overall, I am pretty disappointed that not all of my concerns were fixed even when I explicitly stated how and what the car was doing. Its best to let this service department do oil changes and nothing more. More

The service department was remarkable I was in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. I used my Car Pass that I bought when I purchased my vehicle and it was no cost to get a full oil change and they w a very reasonable amount of time.
