Working with Mike Quiroga in sales department went very well. The vehicle that I was interested in was in transit. Apparently the delivery date was not known. Mike Quiroga and I was in contact weekl well. The vehicle that I was interested in was in transit. Apparently the delivery date was not known. Mike Quiroga and I was in contact weekly. Mike was able to let me know the status that he was able to check into weekly. When the vehicle deliver date was known Mike called to let me know when I could come in to check it out. When the vehicle was ready for me to pick up, Mike and I sat in the vehicle and went through issues of the new vehicle. We also paired my phone to the vehicle and contacted on-star. Mike stated that I could contact him at anytime calling Luther or his personal phone for any help or concerns with the vehicle. More
