Ian Martin, my sales associate, was very informative and helpful. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, courteous and helpful. However, BMW, the manufacturer, was not very helpful to the dealer or my sal helpful. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, courteous and helpful. It took BMW three (3) weeks to let the dealer know how to inspect my car to even figure out if the recall was applicable. Other than the recall, the sales process at this dealer was great! More
