This is an excellent place to purchase a new vehicle. Ask for Nick Law, their Sales Manager as he can get it done for you. Ask for Nick Law, their Sales Manager as he can get it done for you. More

I did not feel that the service department really “tried” to fix my problem. They ran a diagnostic and told me what I told them when I brought my vehicle in: you need a new bumper. There was no troubleshooti to fix my problem. They ran a diagnostic and told me what I told them when I brought my vehicle in: you need a new bumper. There was no troubleshooting of why replacing the plastic insert on my bumper would have caused my cruise control sensor to malfunction, which is specifically what I asked them to investigate. The cruise control worked for a year after my “fender bender” but didn’t work after replacing the insert. So you charged me $80 and told me to buy a new bumper. Absolute nonsense! You may have lost my business for life, especially because I escalated my discontent to first the assistant manager then to the director. The only acknowledgment that my issue was valid came when the director of service said, “I may not have received excellent service.” Give me a break; you took the easy path, charged $80, and provided no result. I’m going to need a compelling reason not to say goodbye to Ford. More

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change tire rotation and to get my tires replaced as I was told last time they were under warranty and had to drive more on them. I received my car back 2 days later beca and to get my tires replaced as I was told last time they were under warranty and had to drive more on them. I received my car back 2 days later because of an issue with my transmission that I had no clue about. Told my tires are not covered and when I got the vehicle back the tires were not rotated. I had Joe yelling at me when I asked questions then when I pick my vehicle up I had Jennifer yelling at me and telling me to “shut up” multiple times. I had other associates yelling at me. Prior to this I had called Nick Chinn to discuss the issue with the tires he tells me too bad you should have done them last time. When I explained what Joe had told me he started getting nasty. Now my vehicle has a check engine light on when it was not on prior to arriving at Capital Lincoln. I was told get off the property when I asked to see what work was done and time if I keep asking questions they will call the police. I’ve never been treated as rude as this in my life. The staff is horrible and I plan on following through with Ford/Lincoln about this as the dealership does not want to address the issues. Horrible service and attitudes if there were negative stars available I would give them More
