Had to take my truck I. For transmission service four times in three months. Every time I got it back there was something else different that was immediately wrong. Had to work with the busiest representative there while all other service representatives sat around doing nothing. I had to call towards the end of the day each time to see if the vehicle was ready to pick up. Never got a call saying it was ready. More

I came in on January 20 to get my oil change and tire rotation done. On Thursday I noticed that my tires weren't rotated. I called on Friday and told Nick about it. He questioned me so I explained I have rotation done. On Thursday I noticed that my tires weren't rotated. I called on Friday and told Nick about it. He questioned me so I explained I have one tire that goes low and I know that one was on the front passenger side. And I also had a tire that I had a rim fixed and it has a different valve stem on the front right. Well when I went to air up my tire. The same two were on the front. He told me to bring it back in on Saturday. So I did bring it back in on Saturday.I shouldn't have to make two trips for one service. And I never got an apology for the inconvenience. More
