Charlie has been a real pleasure to work with. As an out of state customer, he was super accommodating from the first day, when he provided a video walk around of my vehicle. I stopped in one morning right as the Service center opened at 7am tired.I noticed during the night one of my headlights had gone out. I did not have an Appointment and was exhausted from the evening be opened at 7am tired.I noticed during the night one of my headlights had gone out. I did not have an Appointment and was exhausted from the evening before and just wanted to get it done and get home. Frank Boucher got me in right away and took care of my light . I was so pleased with the prompt and courteous service. I even had a gentleman stop by my table and ask if I would be needing a ride home I was very impressed. I will continue going to Frank Boucher for all my car needs. Thank you!! More

Salesman and support staff were great sales manager was clueless. After the sale was made on Saturday, we were told by the salesman that he was on vacation the following week. He did contact us on his vac clueless. After the sale was made on Saturday, we were told by the salesman that he was on vacation the following week. He did contact us on his vacation day (Monday) that the part we asked for had ordered. That it should arrive in 1 day. After waiting til Friday, we called to find out that it had been installed on Wednesday and Keys were on sales managers desk. I was informed that the truck would ready for pick up when we arrived. When arrived nothing was ready Spent an hour sitting waiting for it completed More
