My only complaint is that my son and I spent over 4 hours at the dealership and I was instructed during the initial call that the appointment will take by the most 1 hour. We both missed a lunch and I have a at the dealership and I was instructed during the initial call that the appointment will take by the most 1 hour. We both missed a lunch and I have a low blood sugar and need to eat frequently. I am also a person with a low immune system due to my cancer diagnosis. I was very concerned sitting in a small room signing papers especially now during this pandemic. Manager Nick and salesman Chuck were polite and friendly. However, I was very exhausted after this. I live 59 miles away from the dealership and 15 miles from home there was a warning on the dashboard that there is low tire pressure. It was a good thing that I had my son with me so we drove to a gas station and he added air to the left front tire, right front tire, and right rear tire. I was very surprised that after having my car serviced and checked out that this would happen. Thank you for reading this. Have a good day. More
