Replaced 2 engine mounts and request check on whining noise At a prior visit I was told I needed to replace the front and side engine mounts as they had deteriorated. I also had Jackson Acura check out a whining engine noise that turned out to be an alternator gone bad. While the service was not inexpensive, my 2005 Acura MDX has lasted quite some time and is still in pretty good shape. Thanks for keeping me running! More

Service Great service. Nick is always very consistent and helpful. Nick provided excellent customer service. However, the person that answered the phone wh Great service. However, the person that answered the phone when I initially called was rather dismissive when I asked about a loaner vehicle. I have never taken my car to another dealer, so I don’t understand why the person that answered the phone did not display Acura’s typically excellent customer service. I ended up not needing a loaner, but Nick was very accommodating and offered to provide a loaner had I needed one. As I said, Nick represents true Acura Customer service! More
